On September 13, the 27th China International Weighing Expo (InterWeighing 2024) successfully concluded after three exciting days at the Nanjing International ExpoCenter. The exhibition covered a wide range of industries including weights, automatic/non-automatic weighing instruments, balances, load cells, weighing display controllers, weighing systems, and related testing instruments and equipment.

Changzhou Accurate Weighing Co., Ltd. is situated in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province, at the crossroads of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui, near Shanghai Port, offering an advantageous geographical position. Our factory spans approximately 15,000 square meters and encompasses several divisions, including ACCURATEWT, the Metrology Automation Division, and the Steel Container Weights Factory, totaling 23 departments. With a comprehensive production system, advanced technology, and professional calibration equipment, we have amassed extensive experience in research and innovation over the past decade, achieving significant technological breakthroughs.

We strictly adhere to the standards of ‘OIML-R111’ and ‘ASTM-E617’, producing weights from 1mg to 10,000kg, covering E1-M2 and Class 0-7 levels. Additionally, we design and manufacture various customized weights for several renowned enterprises through our ODM/OEM services.

Our professional technical team independently develops high-precision automated and intelligent equipment, including China’s first automated weights magnetization detection robot and quality calibration devices for mg, g, kg, and ton weights. We have also introduced the country’s first automatic calibration robot for small mass non-automatic scales, alongside calibration devices for balances, platform scales, and hanging scales. Furthermore, our non-magnetic multi-pole shockproof workbench and intelligent assisted handling system have garnered widespread acclaim from domestic and international customers.

Our products are extensively utilized across various sectors, including metrology institutions, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and military applications, with exports reaching over 130 countries. We have successfully filed approximately 80 patents.

During the exhibition, we showcased a selection of  high-quality stainless steel standard weights, large stainless steel weights, cast iron weights, laboratory accessories, and our latest automated calibration equipment

Among them, the Portable Electronic Body Scale Inspection Robot and the Portable Electronic Pricing Scale inspection Robot sparked considerable discussions，quickly becoming the focal points of the exhibition.

Traditional weighing calibration equipment has often been hindered  by its size, Leading to inconvenient transportation and high associated costs. As the economy and society rapidly develop, bulky and inefficient large-scale calibration equipment fails to meet the increasing market demand, paving the way for the emergence of automated portable calibration devices.

Our latest automated Portable Electronic Body Scale Inspection Robot  and Portable Electronic Pricing Scale inspection Robot represent significant milestone in their fields.Marking the end of cumbersome fixed-point calibrations and symbolizing a major advancement in modern scientific metrology

Both devices feature a user-friendly, intuitive interface controlled by a PC for seamless operation. They are lightweights and compact, making them easy to transport. The portable pricing scale calibration device also includes an electric pedal mechanism. The automated calibration process integrates operational procedures, reducing complexity and effectively saving labor costs while ensuring the safety of employees and equipment. Additionally, the intelligent monitoring system significantly enhances calibration accuracy.
