Do your machines support customization? |
Yes, we support customization. The Automatic Calibration System for Non-automatic Weighing Instruments can measure a range of 3kg-150kg. We can customize single-range weights libraries and small-range weights according to customer needs. The default weights library configuration is F2, which can be upgraded to F1 level. The system supports 12 testing projects including verification, supervision, and calibration, with functions adjustable based on requirements. |
How to place an order and how long for delivery? |
Send us inquiry tell about your needs . After signing the contract, the delivery will take 25 days, and installation and commissioning will be completed in 45 days for use. |
Can you arrange delivery to the customer's doorstep? What services do you provide? |
Our export and logistics department uses our established freight agent network to deliver our machines to the final destination. We will send technicians for equipment installation and commissioning, and provide a complete packing list, technical manuals, user manuals, and maintenance manuals. The installation and commissioning must be confirmed on-site by the buyer to ensure proper operation. |
What technical support and after-sales services do you provide? |
Warranty: The warranty period is 2 years from the acceptance date. After-sales service: During the warranty period, damaged parts are replaced free of charge, and technical support, labor, and installation fees are waived. After the warranty period, parts replacement is charged, but technical support, labor, and installation fees remain free. After-sales services must be provided by the seller's professionals. In case of equipment issues, the supplier must respond within 2 hours and dispatch personnel to the user's site within 48 hours to inspect and arrange repairs until the equipment operates normally. Downtime caused by the supplier should extend the warranty period accordingly. |
